A: Yes! Once an authorization form is signed, you can transfer between financial institutions either online or over the phone. Please call us at 614-261-0650 to get started.

Q: How can I change my address?

A: You can fill out an address change form online by clicking here, or simply log in to your online banking account to change any personal information.

Q: Does your checking account require a minimum balance?

A: No, we do not require a minimum balance – you may keep your account as low as $0, and we will not charge you a minimum balance fee!

Q: I need to stop payment on a check. Can I do this online?

A: Absolutely. Simply complete this form and a member service specialist will confirm your request via email. Fees may apply.

Q: Can I apply for a VISA credit card online?

A: Yes! We offer low rates, reward points, a 25-day grace period on purchases, and no annual fee. Click here to apply!

Q: Can I earn dividends with your checking account?

A: Yes, the checking account currently earns dividends with an average daily balance of $1,000 or more. Check out our current rates!

Q: What should I do if there are unauthorized charges on my VISA credit card?

A: Contact our fraud department at 1-800-600-5249. They can verify transactions with you, block the card if necessary, and give you the next steps to resolving any unauthorized charges.

Q: What should I do if I see strange transactions in my checking account (Unauthorized debit card charges)?

A: During regular business hours, contact our office first (614-261-0650). We will go over transactions with you to verify. If charges are in fact not authorized by you, or any other account owners, you can contact our fraud department at 1-800-600-5249 (Chargeback Customer Service option).

Q: Something’s come up. Can I skip my loan payment?

A: You may qualify for our Skip-A-Pay program, which allows you to skip up to two payments per year on qualifying loan products, up to 5 times throughout the life of the loan.

Q: Your dividend rates on certificates have increased. Can I change my rate to reflect the higher dividend rate?

A: You can choose to earn a higher dividend rate for the rest of your term on your Certificate of Deposit with our Boost Your Rate option! This option is available once per certificate term. Call us for details!

Q: I have a check signed over to me. Can the credit union accept it?

A: If the payee of the check does not have a relationship with our credit union, we are unable to accept the item. This is considered a third party check. Exceptions may be made at our discretion, only if both parties sign the check in-branch.
